Supremes:- Can do all things.
Leaders:- Can promote up to Level 12, also Level 16 with the permission of Owners consent.)
Co Leaders:- Can promote up to Level 10, also 11 with the Owner or Leaders permission.
Recruiters:- Can Set Levels 1,2,3,4,5,6 on recruiting someone ONLY.
PAH :- Can Demote ANY level for Admin Abuse with permission from PAH*L or PAH*O.
they can not promote UP any member.(They can promote players to 1,2,3,4
